The Creative Strategist will play a central role in driving customer acquisition through performance led creative across Meta, TikTok and YouTube. You will own the thinking behind the creative, turning customer insight into scroll‑stopping concepts, strong briefs and high‑performing campaigns.   • Lead creative strategy across paid social channels including Meta, TikTok and YouTube
  • Develop and manage a structured creative testing roadmap
  • Translate customer insight into high‑performing creative concepts

  • Analyse performance data to optimise and scale winning creative
  • Work closely with performance teams to align on acquisition targets
