We're working with a growing consumer business that's investing heavily in its technology function and looking to appoint a Junior Application Support Analyst. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-2 years' experience to develop their career within Application Support and Business Systems. You'll work across a range of core business applications, supporting day-to-day operations while gaining exposure to system enhancements, integrations and technology projects. What You'll Be Doing
- Application Support
- Provide first-line support across a range of core business applications
- Investigate system, order and inventory-related issues
- Troubleshoot application problems and escalate more complex issues where required
- Maintain support documentation and knowledge articles
- Project Support
- Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) for system changes and enhancements
- Support configuration and implementation activities
- Work alongside third-party technology partners on project delivery
- Keep project plans and support tickets up to date
- Continuous Improvement
- Develop expertise across the organisation's application landscape
- Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements
- Help improve support processes and documentation
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, has excellent attention to detail and is keen to develop a career within Business Systems and Application Support. You'll ideally have experience with:
- 1-2 years' experience within Application Support, IT Support or Business Systems
- Exposure to ERP, CRM or business applications
- Experience supporting ecommerce or customer-facing platforms would be beneficial
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Any exposure to integrations, APIs, ticketing systems or warehouse management systems would be advantageous but isn't essential.
