The Role:
As an Ecommerce Executive, you'll play a key role in product merchandising, campaign execution, and performance analysis. The Ecommerce Executive will work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and development teams to ensure the site is engaging, commercially effective, and continuously improving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain product listings across the website and app, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and strong presentation.
- Support the execution of product launches, promotions, and trading campaigns.
- Assist with daily merchandising, using data such as stock levels, bestsellers, conversion rate, and newness to inform decisions.
- Work closely with the creative team to build engaging, high-performing landing pages.
- Monitor key performance metrics including conversion rate, average order value, traffic, and profitability.
- Identify opportunities to improve on-site performance and support actions to drive results.
- Support the use of on-site tools and product discovery platforms to enhance user experience and conversion.
