The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an ambitious, fast-growing fashion brand at a pivotal stage of its journey. As the business enters its first full year and prepares for its Autumn/Winter season, it is looking for a confident, creative and highly social-first TikTok Content Creator to help shape how the brand shows up, connects with its audience and grows across social media.
Key Responsibilities
Create, film, edit and publish engaging TikTok content at volume, maintaining a consistent flow of fresh, relevant videos.
Act as a confident, recognisable face of the brand, appearing in talking-head videos, POV content, try-ons, styling videos and trend-led formats.
Translate product features, fit, fabric, sizing and styling into engaging content that feels natural to the platform.
Showcase the brand's full size and length offering, helping customers understand fit, discover products and feel confident in their purchases.
Develop recurring content formats and creative series that encourage audience recognition, engagement and repeat viewing.
Capture authentic behind-the-scenes, office, product and lifestyle moments that bring the brand's personality to life.
React quickly to emerging trends, sounds, formats and cultural moments, identifying opportunities to create relevant content while maintaining the brand's identity.
Founder & Brand Storytelling
Work directly with the founders to develop and film engaging founder-led content that communicates the brand's personality, story and ambitions.
Help bring the people behind the business to life through natural, entertaining and relatable content.
Collaborate with the wider marketing team and freelance creatives on campaign shoots, product launches and key brand moments.
Repurpose suitable content for Instagram Reels and Stories, adapting formats to suit each platform where appropriate.
Creative Testing & Performance
Understand the importance of hooks, watch time, audience retention and engagement, applying these principles to every video.
Test different concepts, opening lines, editing styles, formats and creative approaches to identify what resonates with the audience.
Work with the social team to review performance insights and use learnings to improve future content.
