Creative Videographer & Editor - Global Wellness Brand

Zachary Daniels is partnering with an exciting, rapidly growing global wellness brand that is making waves in the consumer health space.

With impressive year-on-year growth, an expanding international presence and a strong focus on digital-first marketing, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a business at a pivotal stage of its growth.

We're looking for a Creative Videographer & Editor who can bring ideas to life through high-quality, engaging and visually compelling content.

This is a hands-on, creative role for someone who loves being behind the camera just as much as they do behind the edit, with the opportunity to shape how the brand looks, feels and connects with its audience across digital platforms.

The Role

You'll take ownership of the end-to-end video content process, from developing creative concepts and filming footage through to editing, post-production and final delivery.

Working closely with the wider marketing and content teams, you'll create scroll-stopping, social-first content that captures attention, tells a story and brings the brand to life.

From product-focused videos and campaign content to UGC-style creative and behind-the-scenes footage, you'll play a key role in developing a consistent and recognisable visual identity.

This is an opportunity for a creative individual who wants to have real input, experiment with new ideas and make a tangible impact within a fast-moving, ambitious brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Filming & Videography: Plan and capture high-quality video content for social media, digital campaigns, product launches and wider brand activity.
  • Video Editing & Post-Production: Transform raw footage into polished, visually engaging content, with a strong focus on pacing, storytelling, music, transitions and creative execution.
  • Social-First Content: Produce engaging short-form videos for Tik Tok, Instagram Reels, You Tube Shorts and other digital channels.
  • Creative Concept Development: Bring fresh ideas to the table, contribute to creative briefs and help develop concepts that align with the brand's identity and objectives.
  • End-to-End Content Ownership: Manage projects from initial concept and filming through to editing, revisions and final delivery.
  • Product & Campaign Content: Create compelling video assets that showcase products, support marketing campaigns and drive audience engagement.
  • Content Repurposing: Maximise footage from shoots by creating multiple assets, formats and variations for different platforms.
  • Visual Storytelling: Help shape and evolve the brand's visual style, ensuring content feels distinctive, consistent and on-brand.
  • Trend & Platform Awareness: Stay ahead of emerging social media formats, editing styles, creative trends and platform developments.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, social media and creative teams to deliver content that supports wider brand and commercial goals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Review content performance, experiment with new approaches and identify opportunities to improve creative quality, engagement and retention.

About You

  • Proven experience as a Videographer, Video Editor, Content Creator or in a similar creative role.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating both filming and editing capabilities.
  • Confident using professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or Da Vinci Resolve.
  • Experience creating engaging, social-first content for platforms such as Tik Tok and Instagram.
  • A strong creative eye, with an understanding of composition, lighting, sound, pacing and visual storytelling.
  • Comfortable taking a concept from initial idea through to filming, editing and final delivery.
  • A strong understanding of what makes video content engaging, shareable and effective across different platforms.
  • Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple creative projects and deadlines.
  • Someone who brings ideas, takes initiative and enjoys working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • An interest in wellness, consumer brands, social media and digital content is a plus.
  • WELLNESS / BEAUTY / NUTRITION EXPERIENCE ONLY

Why Apply?

  • Creative ownership: Take responsibility for video content from concept through to final execution, with the freedom to bring your ideas to life.
  • A high-growth brand: Join an ambitious wellness business experiencing significant growth and expanding its international presence.
  • Room to make an impact: Help shape the brand's visual identity and influence how it connects with its audience.
  • Varied creative projects: Work across product content, social campaigns, brand storytelling and innovative digital formats.
