We are partnering with a growing multi channel retail business to recruit a Head of Ecommerce Trading. This is an exciting opportunity to join a commercially driven brand investing heavily in ecommerce performance, digital growth and customer experience.

The Head of Ecommerce Trading will play a key role in leading online trading strategy across multiple product categories, driving sales, margin and conversion performance within a fast paced retail environment. This role requires a highly commercial leader who can balance strategic thinking with hands on execution, using customer insight, trading performance and data to identify opportunities and drive growth.

Working closely with buying, merchandising and marketing teams, the Head of Ecommerce Trading will ensure trading decisions are aligned across the business while continuously improving operational performance and customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and deliver the ecommerce trading strategy to maximise sales, margin and profitability
  • Own trading performance across ecommerce channels, monitoring KPIs including conversion, AOV, revenue and margin
  • Analyse sales data, customer behaviour and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimise performance
  • Drive product visibility and onsite merchandising across key trading categories
  • Manage stock flow and inventory levels to support trading objectives
