We are looking for a customer-focused Aftersales & Repair Advisor / Technical Support Advisor to support customers and stores with aftersales, service and repair guidance within the cycling industry. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for cycling, strong communication skills, and an interest in technical problem solving.

What you will be doing:
- Providing remote customer service and technical support to customers and stores
- Handling aftersales, service and repair queries via email and phone
