What We're Looking For: Proven leadership experience with a strong commercial and operational mindset. Energy, drive, and a genuine passion for community-based leisure and sport. Confidence to be hands-on and get involved across all areas of the club. A people-first approach, with the ability to create a welcoming, inclusive, and social environment. What You'll Do: Take ownership of the day-to-day running of the club. Build and grow a thriving local leisure community through engaging activities and well-planned programmes. Create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages participation, repeat visits, and strong member relationships. Plan and deliver events, sessions, and social activities that bring people together. Lead and motivate the club team, creating a positive and high-performing environment. Monitor commercial performance and identify opportunities to grow membership, revenue and engagement. Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards are maintained across the venue. Lead social media activity to keep members informed, engaged, and active.
