Contract: Temporary - 3 Months

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm (37.5 hours per week)

Salary: £15.00 - £17.00 per hour (Dependent on Experience)

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a valued client for a fluent German-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their customer support team based in White City, London. This is a full-time, office-based position offered on a temporary 3-month contract.

This opportunity would suit a proactive and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality customer service to German-speaking customers via telephone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Respond to customer enquiries in a professional, timely, and efficient manner.
  • Process orders, requests, and account updates accurately.
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints, escalating where appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Support administrative tasks and contribute to the overall success of the customer service team.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring a consistently excellent experience.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Fluent German speaker (both written and spoken) - essential.
  • Previous experience in a customer service, customer support, or client-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office and customer management systems.
  • Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach.
