Financial Planning Analyst

If so, we'd love to hear from you. We're looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join a dynamic and growing business with a global footprint. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the financial planning and analysis function, working closely with stakeholders at all levels to deliver accurate, insightful, and actionable reporting.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role with broad exposure across the business. You'll be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, while also acting as a trusted business partner to support commercial decision-making. We're not expecting you to be an industry expert - just someone with a curious mind, a collaborative attitude, and a passion for delivering clear financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Budgeting and Forecasting
  • Lead the annual budgeting and rolling forecast process
  • Own the 3-year strategic financial planning model
  • Deliver forecast updates across multiple outputs and present to senior leadership
  • Support board reporting and financial covenant tracking
• Reporting
  • Manage internal reporting processes across the business
  • Oversee reporting deliverables for a key global brand partner
  • Collaborate with the Data Team to ensure alignment of financial outputs
• Business Partnering
  • Be the go-to finance contact for functions across the business
  • Drive forecast accuracy and cost control
  • Provide insight into operating costs and overheads
  • Consolidate financial and operational data to present clear insights to leadership

About You

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• At least 2 years post-qualification experience
• Strong commercial acumen with a collaborative, business partnering mindset
• Excellent communicator with strong analytical and organisational skills
• Experience in FMCG, supply chain, or retail sectors is a plus (but not essential)
