Are you an experienced Retail Stock, Replenishment or Night Operations Manager looking for your next challenge? We're recruiting for a leading international retailer at Heathrow Airport, offering an excellent package and genuine long-term career progression.

This is a store-based retail operations role, responsible for stock availability, shop floor replenishment, inventory accuracy and leading teams within a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment. We're particularly interested in managers from large supermarkets, department stores, fashion retailers and other high-volume retail environments.

Please note: Previous management experience within a retail store is essential. This is not a transport, distribution centre or warehouse logistics position.

The Role

  • Lead and develop teams responsible for stock replenishment, stockroom operations and shop floor availability.
  • Ensure products are replenished efficiently and retail areas are ready for trading.
  • Manage stock accuracy, inventory counts, shrinkage and stock control processes.
  • Coordinate promotional changeovers, seasonal activity and stocktakes.
  • Monitor operational KPIs, productivity and team performance.
  • Work closely with Store Management and other departments to maximise sales and stock availability.
  • Maintain high standards of compliance, health and safety and operational efficiency.

About You

  • Proven management experience within a customer-facing retail store environment.
  • Experience managing stock, replenishment, inventory or retail night operations.
  • Strong people management skills, ideally leading sizeable teams.
  • Good understanding of retail KPIs, stock accuracy and shrinkage.
  • Commercially aware, organised and comfortable working in a high-volume environment.
  • Flexible to work a combination of day, evening and night shifts.

Working Pattern

This is a mixed shift pattern, rather than a permanent night role, with additional flexibility required around stocktakes, promotional changes and peak trading periods.

Typical working week:

  • Monday: 08:00-16:15
  • Tuesday: 18:00-04:15
  • Wednesday: 16:00-02:15
  • Thursday: 12:00-20:15
  • Friday: 08:00-16:15
  • Weekend working: Approximately one weekend in every three to four.

Salary & Benefits

  • £45,000-£50,000 basic salary
  • 20% management bonus opportunity
  • 40% additional pay for hours worked between midnight and 4am
  • Excellent benefits and career progression opportunities
  • Opportunity to join a leading international retail business
