We are a creative-led production company based in Central London, known for delivering bold, engaging and high-impact brand experiences for a range of global clients. We are currently seeking an experienced Events Manager to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, with an immediate start.
This role is ideal for a confident and capable Events Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is comfortable taking ownership of projects from concept through to delivery.
The Role: As Events Manager, you will lead on the planning, coordination and execution of a variety of live and experiential events. You'll work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless delivery across all elements of production, from logistics to creative execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver events from end-to-end, ensuring projects are on time, on budget and on brief
- Manage event logistics, supplier relationships, timelines, and costings
- Work collaboratively with creative and production teams to bring ideas to life
- Build and maintain clear communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead onsite delivery of events, both in the UK and occasionally overseas
- Support with pitch development and post-event reporting when needed
What We're Looking For:
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in an Events Manager role
- A strong track record of delivering complex and creative live events
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Calm under pressure with exceptional attention to detail
- Confident managing client relationships and supplier negotiations
- Able to start immediately and commit to the full 6-month term
