This is a great opportunity for a commercially driven retail manager who has a strong eye for Visual Merchandising (VM) and understands how store presentation, product placement and customer experience can directly influence sales. We re looking for someone who can lead from the front - driving sales, KPIs and team performance, while taking real ownership of the visual standards and commercial presentation of the store. You don t need to be a dedicated VM to be successful in this role. We re particularly interested in Retail Managers, Store Managers, Assistant Managers, Floor Managers and Department Managers who have a genuine passion for VM and a strong understanding of how to make a store commercially impactful.
