Zachary Daniels Recruitment is partnering with a leading multi‑channel retailer to recruit a Senior CRM Manager on a fixed‑term contract. The role will lead the planning, delivery and optimisation of CRM campaigns across email, SMS and lifecycle communications to improve engagement, retention and customer lifetime value.

Working closely with Ecommerce, Loyalty, Data and Commercial teams, you will use customer insight and performance data to continually enhance engagement, retention and campaign effectiveness.
