We\'re recruiting for a commercially driven Ecommerce Manager to join their team on a 6-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave. This is a high-impact role with exposure to a world-class brand. There\'s no guarantee, but the potential is there for this role to become permanent. This is a rare opportunity to take the lead on the day-to-day operations of a globally recognised online store. You\'ll own ecommerce performance, drive trading decisions, shape campaign execution and deliver an exceptional customer journey - all in the fast-paced, high-profile world of top-tier football. What you\'ll be doing: Take full ownership of online trading performance and KPIs Lead campaign execution from planning through to on-site delivery Oversee stock, demand, and allocation to optimise availability and sales Manage the ecommerce marketing calendar and support digital activations across all key channels Constantly optimise on-site merchandising, content and user journey Coordinate with fulfilment and logistics teams to maintain delivery excellence Partner with customer service to support a seamless, mobile-first experience Ensure accuracy across product pages, content, EPOS and auction systems Champion UX improvements, testing initiatives and new platform features Drive product photography standards in line with brand and trading needs Work cross-functionally with internal teams and trusted external partners to deliver results What we\'re looking for: Proven experience in an ecommerce trading or digital merchandising role - ideally in sport, fashion or lifestyle retail Commercially focused with a strong track record of driving online revenue Comfortable using data and insight to inform decisions and shape strategies Confident managing CMS platforms, campaign calendars and product content Collaborative, energetic and a natural communicator who thrives in fast-moving environments Obsessed with the customer journey, with a sharp eye for UX and conversion Ready to roll up your sleeves and get hands-on, while keeping the bigger picture in sight Passionate about performance - and excited by the chance to work with a truly iconic brand This is more than just a cover role - it\'s your chance to make an impact at a pivotal moment in the digital evolution of a globally respected football club.
