What You'll Do Support the Store Manager in leading, developing and inspiring a large, high-performing retail team. Champion fashion, style and product presentation across the store, ensuring customers are inspired at every touchpoint. Lead seasonal transitions, new collections and key trading events, bringing the latest trends and looks to life. Create engaging customer journeys that showcase fashion, beauty and lifestyle products in a compelling and commercial way. Drive sales performance, customer experience and operational excellence through visible, hands-on leadership. Maintain the highest standards of presentation, compliance and store standards at all times.
