Department Manager |Service Focused Store | £25,000 – £26,000 Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment has an opportunity for a Department Manager to join a retailer who have an amazing range of products. The successful department manager will be able to deliver an exceptional service and be proud of their merchandising standards. We want a Department Manager who can work with senior leaders in store, develop a great culture but be prepared to work hard and commit to driving the business forward. The successful Department Manager will be responsible for all aspects of your department and section, manage the department and be responsible for recruitment, training and standards. In addition, you will manage all aspects of the operation, put customers at the heart of what you do and deliver exceptional results. You will be able to drive sales, have high visual merchandising standards and ensure the area is attractive and appealing at all times.
