The Role
As a Supervisor, you'll lead by example, ensuring the store delivers an outstanding customer experience every day. The role will be primarily based in Croydon, with travel required to support 3 additional stores around the Croydon area. A full UK driving licence would be preferred, however this is not essential due to the strong local transport links between sites. Travel will be shared across the team where possible.
Work pattern: 39.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with evenings off and reduced hours on Saturday and Sunday.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and elevate customer service standards.
- Ensure company and brand standards are consistently met.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and operational procedures.
- Achieve store and company KPIs.
- Support the day-to-day running of the Croydon base store.
- Provide support across 3 additional stores around the Croydon area when required.
- Lead by example and help create a positive, customer-focused store environment.
About You
- Enthusiastic and energetic, with a passion for delivering great service.
- Experience in retail, hospitality, sales, leisure or another service-focused environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to drive productivity and your own career progression during quieter trading periods.
- Comfortable supporting multiple stores around the Croydon area.
- Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential, due to good local transport links.
