As a CRM Executive, you\’ll be an integral part of our marketing team, supporting our ambitious CRM strategy to boost online transactions, loyalty, and customer lifetime value. Your day-to-day will be hands-on and varied, focusing on email marketing campaign creation, testing, scheduling, deployment, and performance monitoring. Whether it\’s triggered, dynamic, or recurring campaigns, you\’ll have the opportunity to implement creative, data-driven solutions that engage our customers and drive multi-channel transactions. Your role will include: Delivering effective CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications Coordinating with Trade Managers and design teams to ensure eye-catching creative assets Working alongside the broader marketing team to develop and refine campaigns Leveraging your expertise in A/B testing, ecommerce best practices, and CRM strategy to drive conversions and customer engagement Managing campaign implementation with a focus on cross-sell, upsell, and maximising customer valueWhat We\’re Looking For: Proven CRM experience, ideally in retail/ecommerce Expertise in A/B testing to optimise campaigns Hands-on with marketing automation (Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar) Strong knowledge of CRM best practices and industry trends Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and excellent communication skillsEssential Skills: Strong understanding of cross-sell/upsell techniques Experience in end-to-end campaign development Proficient in Google Analytics and Excel for performance tracking Able to work well under pressure and adapt to change Collaborative with key stakeholder management experienceApply now and start your journey with a business that\’s truly going places.
