What you’ll be doing:
- Managing relationships with customers and internal teams across sales and finance
- Maintaining accurate records of customer payments and account activity
- Investigating and resolving payment queries
- Assessing credit applications and making informed decisions
- Supporting financial reporting and analysis on payment performance
- Documenting and following up on customer communications
