The Opportunity
As Area Manager, you will take full responsibility for the performance, standards, and development of a portfolio of in store sites. You'll lead from the front, inspiring Managers and their teams to deliver exceptional results while maintaining the highest operational standards. This is a highly visible leadership role where you'll have the autonomy to make a real impact on business performance, customer satisfaction, and team engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Managers to achieve their full potential
- Drive commercial performance and ensure regional sales and KPI targets are consistently achieved
- Deliver exceptional customer service standards across all stores
- Maintain outstanding store presentation and operational excellence
- Ensure robust stock management and stock control processes
- Champion health and safety compliance across the region
- Identify and implement commercial opportunities to increase footfall and sales
- Build strong relationships with suppliers to maximise product availability and profitability
- Collaborate closely with fellow Area Managers and senior leadership teams to achieve wider business objectives
- Support strategic business initiatives and key projects across the region
About You
