We're working with a growing organisation on the lookout for a Communications Manager who can blend creativity with strategy, and help bring their internal and external comms to life.

In this varied and rewarding role, you'll sit within a close-knit central team that covers everything from HR to marketing to growth. You'll be responsible for everything from internal storytelling and employee engagement to supporting brand, values, and even some light-touch marketing and content development.

This is perfect for someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on delivery - and is excited by the idea of being a trusted partner across the business.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading internal communications and employee engagement initiatives
  • Working with leadership to shape messaging and craft authentic updates
  • Creating great content - written, visual, or even video - for use across multiple platforms
  • Supporting employer brand and marketing efforts, including working with external agencies
  • Bringing fresh ideas to how the business communicates with its people and customers
  • Owning channels like email comms, internal apps, and (soon) the intranet

What we're looking for:

  • Someone who knows how to write for people, not just platforms
  • Experience in comms, engagement, or employer brand - ideally in a multi-site or fast-paced setting. Ideally, with experience setting up a Communications strategy from scratch.
  • Confident working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
  • Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail
  • A collaborative, curious mindset and passion for clear, human communication

Why apply?

You'll be joining at a great time - with the chance to shape comms strategy, bring culture to life, and work with a genuinely supportive team that values creativity and purpose.

What's in it for you?

Base Salary of up to £90,000, dependent on experience. Bonus Hybrid working Competitive Pension
