You will be responsible for the high performing, fast paced store in London Bridge. Ensuring that developing, empowering and encouraging talent in your store will be top of the agenda. In return, you will get the development you need to be even more effective. You will already have Store Management experience in the beauty/fashion/jewellery/accessories market.
As Store Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Support and motivate the in-store team on a day-to-day basis to achieve the store's targets by identifying and maximising on opportunities to achieve and surpass KPIs, whilst setting the example in exemplary customer service.
- Having a strong retail floor presence, educating and influencing the store, as well as ensuring back-of-house activities enable the store's successful commercial execution.
- You will be trained thoroughly in our hand-crafted luxury product to become an expert.
- With the support from the regional sales manager, you will nurture and develop your team to unlock their full potential and support their succession.
As a Store Manager you will have:
- Proven experience in driving sales and profitability in a flagship store.
- A passion for driving a culture of exemplary customer service.
- An ability to understand the importance of local and global business strategy, and can translate this into the delivery of store, regional and division KPIs.
- Experience in using data to identify trends, issues and root causes, and has the ability to take action to deliver when such opportunities are identified.
- Strong communication skills in order to establish and coach a high performing team.
- The ability to be adaptable and flexible to changing business needs.
- A positive, can-do attitude with a contagious enthusiasm for the brand's product and core values.
