Zachary Daniels is recruiting a General Manager for a fast-paced restaurant. With a salary of up to £35,000 plus an incredible bonus scheme and benefits, we are looking for a General Manager who is passionate about delivering a world-class experience for their customers and creating a fantastic environment for their team.
With exciting opening plans for the rest of 2026 and 2027, our client is a giant in their industry. This is the best time to be part of their business. As a General Manager, you will be passionate, fun, energetic, love leading from the front and being the face of the business.
As a General Manager, your responsibilities will include the following:
- Driving customer service standards in your site.
- Driving sales and ensuring site profitability.
- Training, coaching and developing your team.
- Maintain company and brand standards as well as adhere to H&S guidelines.
