The Head of Digital Trading will take ownership of digital trading performance, leading activity across paid media, paid social, CRM, email, display, organic channels and partnerships. This is not a turnaround role. The foundations are in place. The opportunity is to optimise, accelerate and unlock further growth.

Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will ensure all digital channels are aligned to commercial objectives, delivering a seamless customer experience while maximising traffic, conversion and revenue opportunities. This is a highly visible role requiring someone who can combine strategic thinking with day-to-day execution. You’ll be expected to challenge performance, identify opportunities and help develop the wider team while remaining close to the detail.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and deliver the digital trading strategy across all online channels
  • Drive online sales performance, revenue growth and customer acquisition
  • Lead activity across paid media, paid social, CRM, email marketing, display and organic channels
  • Manage external relationships, ensuring strong performance and return on investment
  • Plan and execute digital campaigns, promotions and trading activity
  • Monitor and optimise key ecommerce and digital KPIs including revenue, ROAS, conversion, AOV and customer acquisition
  • Use data and insight to identify opportunities and improve channel performance
  • Work closely with marketing, trading and commercial teams to align activity with business objectives
  • Support the ongoing development and capability of the digital team
  • Identify new opportunities to improve performance and accelerate growth
  • Ensure a test-and-learn culture is embedded across digital activity

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience within a senior digital trading, digital marketing, ecommerce or performance marketing leadership role
  • Strong background within fashion, footwear, lifestyle or other high-SKU DTC consumer brands
  • Experience owning digital performance across multiple acquisition and retention channels
  • Strong understanding of paid media, paid social, CRM, email marketing and management
  • Commercial mindset with a clear understanding of how digital activity drives revenue and profitability
  • Hands-on approach with the ability to balance strategy and execution
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insight into action
  • Experience developing and leading teams within a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable making decisions quickly and operating within a test-and-learn culture
  • Collaborative leadership style with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get involved

Why Apply?

  • Join a growing consumer brand with ambitious plans
  • Play a key role in driving digital growth and online performance
  • Lead a broad and commercially significant digital function
  • Work within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and collaborative environment
  • Opportunity to develop and elevate an established team
