BUYING ADMIN ASSISTANT | WOMENSWEAR FASHION BRAND | GREATER MANCHESTER | HYBRID WORKING We're looking for a proactive and organised Buying Admin Assistant to join a fast-paced womenswear team and provide essential support to the Buying function. In this role, you will provide administrative support alongside your AB and Buyer. You'll get to learn the full Buying cycle, be involved with new product development, and get great exposure into how you can progress in your Buying career. This is an opportunity for any fashion loving, buying hungry candidates, ideally with some placement / internship experience. If this is you, we'd love to hear from you! The Role Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Buying team across the womenswear department. Maintain accurate product, supplier and order information across internal systems and trackers. Assist Buyers with raising and maintaining purchase orders, updating product details and managing critical information. Support with sample management, including tracking samples and coordinating deliveries with suppliers. Prepare reports, spreadsheets and product information to support the Buying team. Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to follow up on product, pricing, delivery and order queries. Assist with product and competitor research, keeping up to date with current womenswear trends and the wider market. Support the Buyers with general departmental tasks and ad-hoc projects as required. About You A recent graduate with a degree in Fashion Buying or a related subject. Ideally some previous placement, internship or work experience within a buying or product-focused environment. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Confident using Excel and comfortable working with spreadsheets and data. Commercially minded, proactive and keen to build a career within womenswear buying. BH37290
