You will be a strong Store Manager who is ready for the next stage in their career. As a Cluster Manager, you will lead stores, drive commercial performance and ensure your Store Manager team will be in the best position to deliver results!
We are keen to recruit a Cluster Manager who has a background as a high-performing Store Manager and has exposure to leading multiple stores and locations across The Netherlands.
Key Responsibilities as our new Cluster Manager:
- Hold full responsibility for the commercial performance in the stores.
- Be able to drive consistently high standards across your area.
- Lead the commercial performance of your area, using data, insight and reporting to identify opportunities and drive results across sales, service, operations and people metrics.
- Take ownership of area performance, proactively identifying risks and implementing action plans to maximise results across your portfolio of stores.
- Partner with Store Managers to strengthen commercial thinking, ensuring they confidently use tools, reporting and insight to steer priorities and deliver results.
- Alongside your area role, directly manage your own store with full accountability for operational excellence and people leadership.
- Create a well-run, customer-focused store environment by ensuring high standards in visual merchandising, stock flow, cash handling and compliance processes.
