We are seeking an organised and proactive Intake Logistics Assistant to support the movement of stock from suppliers to warehouses and retail locations across multiple markets. Working closely with suppliers, freight partners, and 3PL providers, you will help ensure products are delivered efficiently and inventory data remains accurate.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with global 3PL providers and freight partners
- Maintain delivery schedules and monitor inbound shipments
- Issue warehouse pre-advice notifications and resolve stock discrepancies
- Produce regular warehousing and inventory reports
- Coordinate stock transfers between warehouses
- Support supplier onboarding and operational compliance
- Ensure warehouse consumables and packaging supplies are maintained
Requirements
- Experience in inbound, import or intake logistics or supply chain operations
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Good reporting and data analysis abilities
- High attention to detail
