Zachary Daniels are looking for an experienced Floor Manager to join a dynamic fashion retail team in Belfast.
As a Floor Manager, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience, leading a motivated team, and ensuring the store operates to the highest standards.
The successful Floor Manager will be passionate about fashion, confident in leading people, and driven to achieve sales targets while maintaining excellent visual merchandising and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and motivate the store team.
