What You'll Be Doing as our new Sales Ambassador: Deliver a warm, personalised and consultative customer experience. Build strong product knowledge and confidently guide customers through their purchases. Drive sales, conversion, ATV and individual KPIs. Maintain excellent product presentation and visual standards. Support with stock, deliveries and the smooth day-to-day running of the store. What We're Looking for in our new Sales Ambassador: Experience in retail, hospitality or another service-led sales environment. A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships with customers. A commercial mindset with the motivation to achieve targets. A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work well within a team. An interest in premium products, design, interiors or lifestyle retail would be an advantage, but it is not essential. What You'll Get as a successful Sales Ambassador A competitive salary up to £27,000 plus bonus. Earning potential is fantastic - £40-45k is realistic Full product training and ongoing support.
