Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in driving store performance and hitting sales targets
  • Motivate, coach, and develop the team to deliver top-tier customer service
  • Take ownership of day-to-day operations including stock management and visual merchandising

  • Help with recruitment, training, and developing new starters
  • Step up and lead the store when needed, especially during peak trading periods
