Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager in driving store performance and hitting sales targets
- Motivate, coach, and develop the team to deliver top-tier customer service
- Take ownership of day-to-day operations including stock management and visual merchandising
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and compliance
- Help with recruitment, training, and developing new starters
- Step up and lead the store when needed, especially during peak trading periods
