We are recruiting an experienced Assistant Manager for a unique support role within a premium fashion retailer. This position will work across multiple stores, providing hands on leadership support, covering absences, and helping maintain high standards across the region.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, adaptable retail leader who enjoys variety, thrives in fast moving environments, and can quickly build rapport with different teams.
You will be a visible presence on the shop floor, supporting Store Managers, driving standards, and ensuring a consistent customer experience wherever you are based.
What You Will Do
Provide flexible support across stores including Bluewater, Lakeside, Bromley, and Kent
Step into stores to support management cover and operational continuity
Partner with Store Managers to lead, motivate, and develop teams
Deliver a personalised, service led customer experience aligned with brand values
Drive sales performance and support the achievement of commercial targets
Maintain excellent visual, operational, and compliance standards
Support stock management, health and safety, and daily store operations
Promote a positive, professional, and high performing store cultureAbout You
You are an experienced Assistant Manager or a strong Supervisor ready for a step up, with the confidence to work across different locations and teams. You are polished, adaptable, and comfortable leading in new environments.
Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail
Strong people leadership and communication skills
