Only applicants with proven experience in warehouse management will be considered, ideally within 3PL or FMCG operations.

What You\’ll Do:

Lead and inspire a large team through shift managers as direct reports, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
Oversee end-to-end operations – from inbound deliveries and stock management to outbound orders and dispatch
Partner with other 3PLs, carriers, and suppliers to ensure flawless service levels
Monitor and improve KPIs, operational processes, and systems to maximise efficiency
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards across the site
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, finding innovative ways to streamline warehouse operationsWhat We\’re Looking For:

Proven experience managing warehouse xiskglj or logistics operations, ideally in retail or FMCG
Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing and motivating large teams
Expertise in inventory management, stock control, and ERP/WMS systems
Exceptional organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
