An established global accessories supplier located in Greater Manchester is currently recruiting for a Senior Designer with exceptional soft accessories experience working across adult, children and baby product categories to join its growing design team.

As a Senior Accessories Designer you will be responsible for creating and designing adult and children's accessories ranges for high street retailers and fashion brands keeping inline with the customer's brief. You will work closely with the sales and production teams, attend design/development meetings with high street retail buyers, conduct trend forecasting, competitive shopping trips, trade shows, and international factory development meetings when necessary.

To apply for this exciting position, you must have previous soft accessories experience preferably working for an accessories supplier, high street retailer or fashion brand. You must have strong research and trend awareness skills, demonstrating exceptional experience designing on-trend yet commercial designs. Possessing previous experience working with external buyers, overseas production, have an understanding of product construction, creating specs and tech packs, and managing the development process.

It is essential you have excellent CAD and I.T skills using Microsoft Office and Adobe programs Photoshop & Illustrator, along with strong communication (verbal & written) and presentation skills.
