The Role
Store Manager , you'll take full ownership of the Bath store, leading your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving sales, KPIs and overall commercial performance.
You'll be a visible and hands-on leader, setting the tone for the team and making sure the store consistently delivers across customer service, styling, visual merchandising and commercial performance.
Key responsibilities include
- Leading, motivating and developing the store team.
- Driving sales, KPIs and commercial performance.
- Creating an engaging and memorable customer experience.
- Building strong relationships with customers and developing loyalty.
- Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.

What We're Looking For
You’ll have experience as a
Store Manager, Assistant Manager or Department Manager within fashion retail, ideally within a premium or contemporary brand.
