We're recruiting for a Store Manager in South West London to lead a successful premium retail store, taking ownership of sales, P&L, KPIs, team performance, customer experience and operational standards. The Role
As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the commercial and operational performance of the store. You'll be responsible for:
- Driving sales, KPIs, conversion and overall store performance
- Managing P&L, budgets, margins and profitability
- Identifying opportunities to increase basket spend and attachment sales
- Leading, coaching and developing an experienced retail team
- Understanding different personalities and bringing the team together around clear objectives
- Analysing performance and turning insight into clear commercial actions
- Maintaining high standards across customer experience, stock, merchandising and operations
- Creating a positive, accountable and high-performing store culture
About You
We're looking for an experienced retail leader who combines strong commercial instincts with excellent people leadership. You'll ideally have:
- Strong Store Manager or senior retail management experience, or be an exceptional Assistant Store Manager ready to step up
- A proven track record of delivering sales targets and retail KPIs
- Strong P&L and commercial understanding
- Excellent people leadership, coaching and performance management skills
- Experience within premium sportswear, fashion, footwear or lifestyle retail
- The ability to analyse performance and identify practical opportunities for improvement
- A calm, considered and adaptable leadership style
- The confidence to raise standards while bringing an established team with you
