Retail Media Manager | Online Retail | Competitive Salary | Hybrid/London 2 Days a Week
We are partnering with a major multi-brand online retailer to recruit a Retail Media Manager to build and grow its retail media proposition across a number of established consumer brands.
This is a commercially focused role with responsibility for retail media strategy, product development and revenue growth , turning first-party customer insight, digital traffic and supplier relationships into a scalable advertising proposition.
The Retail Media Manager will work across onsite, offsite and in-store opportunities, building relationships with brands, suppliers and marketplace sellers while ensuring advertising remains relevant and adds value to the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Own the retail media strategy, roadmap and revenue targets across onsite, offsite and in-store channels.
Develop the retail media proposition, including sponsored products, onsite display, search, CRM/email and audience extension .
Build and grow relationships with brands, suppliers and marketplace sellers.
Identify new commercial opportunities and develop repeatable revenue streams.
Manage pricing, packages, rate cards and commercial propositions.
Use first-party customer data to develop audience and targeting opportunities, working within relevant privacy and consent requirements.
Lead campaign delivery, optimisation and performance reporting across key advertising channels.
Demonstrate campaign effectiveness through ROAS, sales uplift and incrementality .
Manage relationships with retail media and adtech partners, ensuring the technology proposition continues to develop.
Work closely with Commercial, Buying, Digital Trading, CRM, Data, UX and Marketing teams to integrate retail media into wider business activity.
Help establish appropriate governance around advertising standards, customer experience and compliance.
Report performance, opportunities and recommendations to senior leadership.
