Are you an experienced retail manager looking for a new challenge? We're looking for a confident and commercially minded Store Manager to take the lead in a busy Redhill store. You'll be responsible for driving sales, developing your team and making sure the store delivers a great customer experience. This is a hands-on management role where you'll be visible on the shop floor, leading by example and creating a positive environment for your team. You'll have ownership of your store's performance, working closely with the wider management team to identify opportunities and drive results.
