We're partnering with a leading, high-profile retail organisation to find a Project Manager to join their team and lead a diverse portfolio of exciting business projects.
The role offers hybrid working, providing a balance of collaboration with teams in our clients London office and flexibility to work remotely.
This is an opportunity for a Project Manager who enjoys being at the heart of the business.
You won't be managing the same type of project day in, day out, this isn't a traditional Project Manager position.
Your projects could span retail operations, people and HR, technology rollouts, new food and product ranges, customer initiatives, process improvements, business change and much more.
You'll work across multiple functions, bringing teams together, managing complex stakeholders and making sure projects move from initial concept through to successful delivery.
What you'll be doing
- Leading a varied portfolio of projects across different areas of the business
- Working closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Managing projects across retail operations, people, technology, product and business change
- Creating clear project plans, managing risks, dependencies, budgets and timelines
