Since launching, the business has established itself as one of the fastest-growing challenger brands in its category, achieving significant year-on-year growth and expanding its presence across both direct-to-consumer and retail channels. The Role: We're looking for a highly analytical and commercially minded Media Buyer to join a fast-growing brand and take ownership of paid media performance across Meta, Google and TikTok. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands that successful media buying is about much more than launching campaigns and monitoring ROAS. We're looking for someone who can deeply understand campaign performance, identify what is driving results, and communicate their findings with clarity, conviction and commercial detail. Key Responsibilities: Own and manage paid media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads and TikTok. Plan, launch and optimise campaigns against key commercial objectives. Monitor budgets, spend, ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversion rates and wider performance metrics. Continuously identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and scale performance.
