We're working with a fast-growing, product-led business looking for a Stock & Systems Controller to take ownership across stock accuracy, business systems and day-to-day IT support. This is a hands-on, varied role for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes and making systems work better.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own stock accuracy across systems and locations, investigating discrepancies and variances.
- Manage stock checks, reconciliations, transfers, returns and adjustments.
- Produce accurate stock reports and maintain high-quality system data.
- Act as a key contact for operational, stock and business systems.
- Investigate system issues, data errors and process failures.
- Identify opportunities to automate, streamline and improve processes.
- Provide first-line IT support across hardware, software, access and equipment.
- Set up IT equipment and systems for new starters.
- Liaise with external IT and software providers where required.
- Support system implementations, upgrades and improvements.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in stock control, inventory, systems or a similar operational role.
- Experience with ERP, WMS, inventory or business systems.
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical/problem-solving ability.
