We are working with a premium, fast-growing hospitality business in Inverness looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join their team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on hospitality professional with strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering high standards.
The Role
- Support the management team with daily operations
- Lead, motivate and develop the team
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Maintain high service and operational standards
- Support sales, KPIs and commercial performance
- Manage shifts and resolve customer queries
- Support team training and development
- Ensure company, health & safety and operational standards are maintained
About You
- Previous Assistant Manager or senior hospitality experience
- Experience within a premium or customer-focused environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Commercially aware with experience working to targets
- Confident managing a team in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, positive and hands-on approach
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends
- Experience or qualifications relating to wine, beverages or hospitality would be highly desirable
