Employee Relations Partner | ER Engagement | Remote / Field Based Zachary Daniels are partnering with a leading UK retailer to recruit an experienced Employee Relations Partner to join their wider People team. This is a broad role combining complex Employee Relations with engagement, wellbeing, D I, policy and wider People projects . You'll be helping the business manage ER risk effectively, but just as importantly, looking at what can be done proactively to improve the employee experience and drive engagement across the organisation. The role is remote and field based with regular travel, so we're looking for someone who enjoys getting out into the business, building relationships and understanding what's really happening on the ground. What you'll be doing Providing specialist advice on complex and escalated ER matters Supporting disciplinaries, grievances, redundancies and other complex people issues Managing and supporting Employment Tribunal cases alongside employment solicitors Supporting settlement discussions and helping the business manage ER risk Reviewing and developing policies and processes to ensure they're legally compliant, practical and aligned with the culture of the business Working across employee engagement, wellbeing, D
