We're looking for someone who can take ownership of online trading, push the boundaries of search and merchandising, and turn cutting-edge technology into commercial performance.
This isn't a role for someone who simply manages a website. It's for someone who wants to transform how an ambitious sports retailer trades online.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Digital, you'll take ownership of e-commerce trading performance, lead a small team and play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of the brand's digital experience.
You'll work with an impressive technology stack including Shopify Plus, Algolia and AI-powered tools, with the freedom to test, innovate and make a genuine commercial impact.
Your focus will include:
- Search & Merchandising: Take hands-on ownership of on-site search, product discovery, ranking, relevance and merchandising, using platforms such as Algolia to drive conversion.
- E-commerce Trading: Own online trading performance, promotional activity, sales, conversion, average order value and profitability. xgikmsk
- Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO): Identify opportunities across the customer journey, build testing programmes and turn insight into measurable growth.
