Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage photography and video shoots across studio environments, on-location settings and live events, from pre-production through to final wrap.

  • Coordinate shoot logistics, locations, equipment, permissions, crew and production requirements.

  • Act as the main point of contact on set, ensuring shoots run smoothly and remain aligned with the creative brief.

  • Produce brand activations, pop-ups and experiential events from initial planning through to execution.

  • Coordinate venues, suppliers, staging, equipment, staffing and event logistics.

  • Build and maintain a reliable network of creative freelancers and suppliers to support increasing production demands.

  • Manage production budgets across photography, video, events and wider creative projects.

  • Monitor expenditure throughout the production process, maintaining visibility of costs and commitments.

About You:

  • Production experience: At least four years of experience in a creative, marketing or team production role, ideally spanning photography, video and events.

  • End-to-end project delivery: A proven track record of delivering creative projects on time, within budget and to a high standard.

  • Strong organisational skills: The ability to manage multiple productions, competing deadlines and changing priorities without losing sight of the detail.

  • Shoot management expertise: Confidence coordinating production teams, managing on-set activity and resolving challenges as they arise.

Why Apply:

  • Join a rapidly growing business within the fitness and wellness industry.

  • Take ownership of a varied portfolio spanning content production, photography, video and live experiences.

  • Work closely with creative leadership and have a genuine influence on how ideas are developed and delivered.

  • Build a strong network of creative freelancers, suppliers and production partners.

  • Help shape scalable production processes as the business continues to expand.

  • Enjoy a hands-on role combining creative input, project management and commercial responsibility.
