Job Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analysis on investment opportunities in the Hong Kong and China markets, including real estate and other asset classes.
- Support the preparation of investment proposals, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide advice on market trends, economic developments, and potential investment risks.
- Assist in the evaluation of new projects or partnerships by compiling financial data and conducting basic feasibility analysis.
- Maintain databases of market information, investment performance, and regulatory developments in HK and China.
- Liaise with clients, business partners, and internal teams to facilitate investment transactions and follow-up processes.
- Participate in business development activities, including investor engagement and administrative coordination.
- Monitor investment performance and assist with periodic portfolio reviews.
- Perform other duties as assigned in support of the investment function.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 3 or more years of relevant experience in investment support, financial analysis, or advisory roles.
- Familiarity with the investment environment and regulations in China and Hong Kong.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in Mandarin and English (spoken and written), due to market coverage.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and basic financial modeling tools.
