We’re looking for someone with:
- An understanding of audience retention and YouTube
- A strong editorial point of view
- Leadership experience or potential
You’ll own edits on our biggest films, help shape ideas before shoots, and lead the editing side of a small team.
- Two or three full, story-driven films you’ve cut - ideally work with personality and humour.
- One thing you’d change about a Zac Alsop video. Give us the video, timestamp and what you’d do instead.
