At Stingray, creativity, collaboration, and innovative technology are at the core of our DNA. We are seeking a dynamic Customer Success Manager located in London, UK, to join our Sales and Marketing team for Europe, Africa and Asia. Reporting to the Head of Marketing you will be responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention, loyalty and growth. You will work closely with customers to drive satisfaction across all service touchpoints and collaborate with internal stakeholders including our creative services team, content curators and technology team.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a POC for external parties managing the marketing/communication channel with new/existing partners.
  • Interact daily with internal and external stakeholders to keep them updated with ongoing project statuses and performance.
  • Ensure full customer satisfaction through daily interactions with assigned accounts and liaising internally for pending actions.
  • Manage the relationship and expectations of the client by taking into account their needs and feedback.
