Work closely with a founder in a fast‑moving trading business. We are looking for a capable and experienced Executive Assistant to support a founder in a dynamic trading business. The position is primarily office‑based due to the nature of documentation and physical files, but offers flexibility in working hours across a 5‑day week.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and prepare import/export documentation (Invoices, Letter of Credit, Bill of Lading), support the founder with day‑to‑day operational and administrative tasks.
- Handle Letter(s) of Credit and ensure smooth transaction processing.
- Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, suppliers, and customers.
- Oversee customs permits and ensure compliance.
- Maintain organized filing systems (both digital and physical).
Ideal Profile
