Z Media is hiring a Senior Account Manager to own client strategy across 3-4 of our biggest TikTok Shop accounts. This role runs social commerce.
About Z Media: We’ve driven $100M+ GMV through TikTok Shop for major beauty, wellness, and lifestyle brands in the UK. We’ve been a TikTok partner since the platform's early days.
Who you’ll work with: You’ll report directly to our strategy lead and founder, allowing you to shape decisions rather than just execute them.
The seat:
- Own 3-4 client accounts end-to-end: strategy, delivery, relationship.
- Manage 2 direct reports + freelancers.
- Run client calls, set agendas, drive outcomes.
- Spot upsell opportunities and shape the commercial conversation with founder-clients.
What you’ll actually be doing:
- On strategy and growth: Owning client strategy across your portfolio, building affiliate communities, designing competition strategies, shaping messaging strategy.
- On client work: Managing client relationships, running client calls, being proactive with clients, handling commercial conversations.
- On execution and operations: Negotiating with creator and CAP agencies, handling creator escalations, A/B testing content, reporting on performance.
- On building the engine: Improving processes, creating SOPs, driving things forward.
